He’s the biggest disgrace for a human being , he’s not only disrespected me and harassed me on multiple occasions at my place of employment and has also spoke negatively about my 6 year old child , he has no sense of respect and tries to get over on people because his “power”. Apartment is a complete shit hole , never fixes anything that needs to be fixed even when asked.
Kind of preposterous that he charges a “lot fee“ for the trailer park he doesn’t maintain. There’s pot poles all over from his fantastic plowing in the winter. Then when he “fixes” them they come undone and then you have rocks all around dinging your vehicle. Don’t bother bringing it to his attention. He’ll wave you off as he collects your rent.
Promises all these repairs and issues will be addressed before move in, he wants the money and that’s it. Good luck getting anything besides an eviction notice from this wannabee gangster..
